DKI will not make your landing page or destination url more relevant. It can’t do anything for your landing page becuase it’s outside of Adwords. It doesn’t help the destination url because Adwords will not treat DKI the same ad the keyword for determining the quality score.
Again, your landing is on your website — you can’t use Adwords DKI except inside your Adwords ad.
